With almost two decades of experience working with renowned companies such as Azuga, Aryaka, MetricStream, Encora, and SGT, Sadan has been instrumental in driving sustainable growth and creating remarkable customer experiences for various start-ups. His exceptional skills in developing successful go-to-market strategies and implementing sales enablement tactics have played a significant role in boosting revenue growth.
Notably, Sadan has been a vital member of the core Azuga’s leadership team for ten years and was part of the $400 million acquisition of the company by Bridgestone Americas.
He believes in empowering individuals to pursue their passions and solve everyday problems with access to the right tools, talents, and best-in-class processes, especially in the modern marketing world.

We believe that a four-year degree is not always the most accurate measure of an individual’s qualifications. While a degree can certainly indicate a person’s knowledge and abilities, it is also essential to recognize that there are many other ways for individuals to acquire and demonstrate the necessary skills for a given position. Some of these may include certifications or experience gained through internships, on-the-job training, or self-directed learning. We genuinely believe in skill-based hiring.
