Employee First Company
At Pipeline Velocity, our success is powered by our people. Our people are the key to our success, and we are dedicated to fostering an environment where they can thrive. We are building a great working culture where our customers and employees feel happy, safe, and valued. This is because we understand that our people are the backbone of our business and only when they are at their best can we provide the highest levels of service to our customers.
We are committed to investing in our teams so that they have the skills and resources they need to succeed. We are proud of our strong relationships with our customers and employees and value their hard work and dedication.
Skillset Over Education
We believe that a four-year degree is not always the most accurate measure of an individual’s qualifications. While a degree can certainly indicate a person’s knowledge and abilities, it is also essential to recognize that there are many other ways for individuals to acquire and demonstrate the necessary skills for a given position. Some of these may include certifications or experience gained through internships, on-the-job training, or self-directed learning. We genuinely believe in skill-based hiring.
